Job summary

Nordic seeks a Managed Services Epic Application Analyst I to support Nordic clients with EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting. You will work under supervision while developing technical and soft skills in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues, handling change control, upgrading systems, and documenting configurations to ensure service levels are met.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s) preferred.
• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, change management, and ticketing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity and stability of EHR applications for Nordic clients.
• Analyze issues, translate needs into detailed requirements, and perform build and testing.
• Monitor error queues, troubleshoot, and resolve errors.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing under guidance of senior analysts.
• Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations and builds.

Education

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Certification in EHR module(s) preferred
