Blackrock Clinic, part of Blackrock Health, seeks a Healthcare BI Developer/Data Analyst to design, build and maintain BI solutions across the group, bridging Meditech EHR data with Microsoft analytics tools for actionable insights for leadership, finance and clinical teams.

The role requires a finance or health informatics background, experience with Power BI, Fabric, and Azure Data Factory, and a focus on GDPR/HSE/HIQA compliance, data governance and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance/accounting/health informatics/CS).
• Knowledge of HIQA, HSE and GDPR regulatory environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or SSIS; professional accounting qualifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data models using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory to integrate data from Meditech EHR and other sources.
• Extract, transform, and interpret clinical, operational, and financial data to support hospital reporting needs.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot to accelerate report development and self-service analytics adoption.
• Partner with Finance to develop financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting dashboards.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are met (GDPR/HSE/HIQA).
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Optimize data warehouse architecture within the Fabric environment.
• Document data pipelines, data models, and reporting logic.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for month-end/year-end reporting.
