Job summary

DoiT International is seeking an Engineering Manager for Revenue Management who will lead a hands-on, player-coach team. You will own delivery, architecture decisions, and team growth while writing and reviewing code as needed.

You will work with AI-augmented workflows to push velocity and quality across our cloud-native SaaS platform, with a focus on FinOps and multi-cloud cost management. This is a remote, globally distributed leadership role offering significant impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management roles where you actively coded.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products - running services in production on Azure (and AWS/GCP preferred).
• Strong background in FinOps space and cloud cost management.
• API-first mindset; products are accessible via APIs in addition to UI.
• Proven track record transforming engineering delivery velocity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, owning both delivery and development.
• Drive continuous improvement with fast iterations and measurable impact.
• Foster growth through regular 1:1s, growth plans, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, coach, and raise the management bench.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to align roadmaps.
• Set architecture direction and ensure scalable, high-quality software.
• Maintain healthy release processes and code quality.
