Job summary

Agilent Technologies Ireland is recruiting an University Coordinator for Customer Training to ensure seamless planning, delivery, and follow-up of classroom, onsite, and virtual trainings. You will liaise with customers, trainers, program managers, and sales to ensure timely, accurate execution and documentation.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication in English, and experience with training coordination and related systems.

Qualifications

• Completion of commercial, administrative, technical, or comparable education, or relevant experience in training coordination.
• Experience planning and organizing trainings, seminars, customer appointments, or service-related workflows.
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes in customer training from inquiry to billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM, LMS, SAP or similar systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate classroom, onsite, virtual instructor-led, and customer-specific trainings.
• Handle inquiries via email/phone and route through proper channels.
• Plan dates, trainers, rooms, materials, and participant lists.
• Maintain data in LMS, SAP/CRM, and other local tools.
• Prepare confirmations, access details, certificates, and feedback links.
