Job summary

Agilent Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Agilent University Coordinator for Customer Training in Ireland (Little Island) for a temporary position. The role oversees classroom, onsite, virtual, and customer-specific trainings, acting as the central interface between customers, trainers, and internal teams.

The Coordinator ensures smooth execution, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up, with a focus on high customer satisfaction and compliant processes in an international EMEA environment.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial, administrative, technical, or comparable education; or relevant professional experience in training coordination, customer service, service administration, or project coordination.
• Experience in planning and organizing trainings, seminars, customer appointments, or service-related workflows.
• Very good written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer trainings in classroom, onsite, virtual, and customer-specific formats.
• Handle inquiries via email, phone, or internal forwarding by Sales or Customer Care.
• Plan dates, trainers, rooms, materials, participant lists, and access details.
• Maintain data in LMS, SAP/CRM, and other local tools; prepare confirmations and certificates.
• Monitor registrations and course utilization through to completion; support billing and OSBR updates.
• Communicate schedule changes and escalations to trainers, PMs, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and Customer Education standards.
