Job summary

Agilent Technologies Ireland Limited seeks an University Coordinator for Customer Training to manage professional, customer-oriented, and process‑compliant coordination of all Agilent University training activities. Qualifications

• Completed commercial, administrative, technical, or comparable education; or relevant professional experience in training coordination.
• Experience in planning trainings, seminars, customer appointments, or service-related workflows.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes in customer training from inquiry to billing.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM, LMS, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of technical training environments, especially in laboratory or service settings.
• Very good written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate classroom, onsite, virtual instructor-led, and customer-specific trainings.
• Handle inquiries via email, phone, or internal forwarding by Sales, Field Service, or Customer Care.
• Support selection of training formats based on customer needs, instrument configuration, software version, participants, objectives, and availability.
• Plan and align dates, trainers, rooms, materials, access, participant lists, and related logistics.
• Maintain data in LMS, SAP/CRM service orders, OSBR, or other local tools.
• Prepare and send confirmations, digital materials, remote access details, participant information, and certificates.
• Monitor registrations, course utilization, and open items through completion.
• Support service order closure, billing prep, OSBR updates, and follow-up on missing documents.
• Communicate schedule changes and escalations with trainers, Program Managers, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with processes, local requirements, and standards.
