Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking an University Coordinator for Customer Training in Ireland. You will coordinate classroom, onsite, virtual, and customer-specific trainings, acting as the central interface between customers, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

The role emphasizes high customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up, with a focus on process compliance and quality standards across the training lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and organizing trainings, seminars, or service workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of end-to-end training processes from inquiry to billing.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM, LMS, SAP or similar systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate classroom, onsite, virtual, and customer-specific trainings.
• Handle inquiries via email, phone, or internal forwarding.
• Select suitable training formats based on customer needs and logistics.
• Plan dates, trainers, rooms, and training materials; manage participant lists and access.
• Maintain data in LMS, CRM service orders, OSBR, and local tools.
• Prepare confirmations, materials, access details, and certificates.
