Job summary

Accenture is hiring an Instructor Senior Analyst for a hybrid role in Dublin. The position focuses on designing and delivering sales training, coaching teams, and building learning resources.

You will run instructor-led trainings, create exams, and measure program ROI, supporting both new hires and seasoned staff within a dynamic, global services environment. The role requires at least 1 year in sales-focused training/mentoring with 2+ years outbound sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, sales training, sales mentoring, or sales leadership.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training courses and deliver training across topics.
• Create training resources, exams, and certifications.
• Evaluate and analyze existing training efforts for ROI.
• Conduct training for new and experienced employees.
• Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations.
• Establish a feedback loop between learning and leadership.
• Create and schedule classes and sessions.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and calibrate sales messaging.
• Counsel and guide managers on employee development.
• Build relationships with managers and employees.
• Escalate issues posing business risk to management.
• Use the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, and registrations; generate training reports.
