Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Content Manager based in Ireland to lead content strategy and editorial planning for two digital brands. You will own production, optimization, and publication from end to end, directing writers and editors while collaborating with designers, developers, and sales teams.

The role focuses on growing organic visibility, improving rankings and conversions, and managing CMS workflows with a strong emphasis on E-E-A-T and responsible use of AI in content workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience owning content strategy and editorial calendars.
• Ability to manage writers/editors, briefs, deadlines, and approvals.
• Strong SEO knowledge including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content audits.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute content strategy and editorial calendar across two websites.
• Manage writers and editors: briefs, deadlines, feedback, and quality control.
• Oversee full content lifecycle: research, assignment, editing, optimization, publication, and ongoing improvement.
• Lead SEO strategy: keyword research, content audits, internal linking, performance monitoring.
• Coordinate technical SEO with developers: crawling, indexing, redirects, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals.
• Manage CMS content and ensure accessibility, structure, metadata and CTAs.
