RunCommerce, Ireland's emerging AI brand, seeks a Content & Growth Executive to partner with the leadership team to turn ideas into campaigns, stories and partnerships that grow visibility and impact.

You will shape our content strategy, plan themes, write thought leadership, blogs and case studies, and create engaging LinkedIn and social media content. A clear progression path exists toward Marketing Manager as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in content or growth marketing.
• Ability to turn ideas into campaigns and stories.

Responsibilities

• Shape and strengthen the RunCommerce brand.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing initiatives to generate awareness and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
• Write thought leadership articles, blogs and case studies.
• Create engaging LinkedIn and social content.
• Plan monthly and quarterly content themes.
• Maintain a publishing calendar across formats.
