Job summary

Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) is expanding in Ireland and seeks a Content Creator & Performance Marketing Coordinator to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue. The role combines content design, website management, SEO, and analytics to optimise multi-channel campaigns.

You will create marketing collateral, manage the WordPress site, lead email marketing campaigns, and build automated reporting in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in content creation, digital marketing, or marketing coordination roles.
• Proficiency with Affinity Designer or Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong video editing and production skills.
• Experience managing WordPress websites.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, reporting dashboards, and marketing automation.
• Experience copy writing, creating and managing commercially focused email marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Brand Development: produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies and digital assets.
• Storyboard, create, edit, and publish video content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and events.
• Develop visuals using Affinity Designer or Adobe Illustrator.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create customer success stories and thought leadership content.
• Website Management & Digital Experience: manage WordPress site, publish pages, and optimise UX.
• Monitor website performance and update content to align with business goals.
• SEO, AEO & Content Optimisation: lead SEO strategy, keyword research, content audits, and metadata improvements.
• Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: plan and optimise multi-channel campaigns and email workflows.
• Marketing Operations & Reporting: configure HubSpot dashboards, automate reporting, and track KPIs.
• Support CRM data management and marketing automation initiatives.
