Job summary

Match Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Content Strategy/UX Writer to own the end‑to‑end content experience for millions of users. You will lead help center content, policy updates, and product launch communications, setting tone, standards, and roadmaps.

You will write, edit, and publish content, partner with Product, Ops, Legal, and Policy, and use data to drive self‑serve improvements. This role is based in Dublin with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, or UX writing, ideally in a support, trust & safety, or operations environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail and editing standards.
• Fluency with content management and ticketing platforms (Zendesk or equivalent) and product analytics.
• Experience running structured content audits and defining content quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for help center and support content to improve self‑serve and reduce live support dependence.
• Analyze content performance data to prioritize the roadmap and identify new opportunities.
• Write, edit, and publish content for product launches, policy updates, and workflow changes with accuracy and consistency.
• Define success metrics and conduct regular audits to maintain up‑to‑date, high‑quality content.
