Job summary

PFH Technology Group is seeking a Cloud Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of cloud initiatives across multiple client environments, with a strong focus on AWS and Microsoft Azure. The role emphasizes delivering projects on scope, on time, and within budget while ensuring quality and value.

The position is remote with occasional travel to client sites across Ireland. You will chair status meetings, produce documentation, manage stakeholders and vendors, and drive cloud migration, DevOps

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT, infrastructure or cloud projects in client-facing environments.
• Experience in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure project delivery, including cloud migration and platform implementation.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across clients, teams and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing Statements of Work and project governance documentation.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, issue, and change control processes.
• Self-motivated, organised and delivery focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of AWS and Azure cloud projects across client environments within scope, timelines and budgets.
• Lead cloud migration, cloud-native solution delivery, technology upgrades and DevOps initiatives.
• Chair client status meetings and provide progress updates, risks, issues and decisions.
• Prepare and maintain project documents: plans, status reports, risk logs, minutes and decisions.
• Draft Statements of Work with defined scope, deliverables, estimates and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate internal and client meetings, track actions and minutes.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors and delivery resources to maintain momentum and governance.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues, dependencies and change requests with mitigation plans.
• Quality assure deliverables and ensure acceptance criteria alignment.
• Coordinate handover to operations with knowledge transfer and service readiness.
• Provide concise reporting to management and clients on performance and decisions.
