Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic Cloud Data Migration programme. The role involves coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, overseeing third-party vendors and delivering complex technology transformation.

The successful candidate will have a proven record in cloud migration or infrastructure projects, strong PM skills and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Cloud Data Migration projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated third-party/vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies with IT infrastructure delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale Cloud Data Migration projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external vendors and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project governance, reporting and documentation are maintained to required standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate effective communication across all project participants.
• Manage third-party vendors and track delivery against milestones and objectives.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies based on project requirements.
• Support the successful delivery of additional infrastructure and technology projects as required.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with organisational policies, standards and controls.
