Job summary

Next Stop Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist clients, coordinate service arrangements, and support the overall coordination process in a remote environment. You will handle inquiries via email, phone and online platforms, identify client needs, present service options, and manage reservations with external providers, while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.
