Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is a fast-growing fintech platform inviting a Cash Operations Specialist to join a global remote team. You will own daily cash positions, bank reconciliations, and liquidity in a high-velocity environment.

You will work closely with Accounting, Treasury and Accounts Payable to ensure timely month-end close and accurate reporting across international markets, all from a remote setup that supports LATAM or Europe teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in treasury operations, accounting or banking.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger activities.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with financial accounting standards and internal controls.
• Strong numeracy and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel; ability to work with spreadsheets and data.
• Comfort using AI tools to support reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions, bank transactions and liquidity.
• Own accounting completeness and reconciliation of transactions and related accounts.
• Create and park GL journals tied to bank statement transactions.
• Manage relationships and transactions with banking partners.
• Support month-end close with accurate reconciliations and documentation.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Own balance sheet GL accounts and monthly reconciliation.
• Resolve historic cash-related queries and provide clear explanations.
