Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support multi-channel crypto and fintech operations in a fully remote role. You will manage reconciliations, digital asset accounting, and financial reporting across a high-volume environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Based in Europe or LATAM, you will collaborate with operations and compliance teams, using QuickBooks Online and cloud tools to deliver timely insights and scalable processes for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies.
• CPA certification preferred but not required if strong track record.
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close skills.
• Experience with digital assets or willingness to learn regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle: reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting.
• Reconcile cash and transaction activity across a distributed kiosk network.
• Support digital asset accounting across multiple revenue channels.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial insights for leadership.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor management.
