WhiteTech is hiring a People Operations Specialist to join the HR team and own operational HR processes for an international staff of ~140. You’ll handle documentation, data accuracy, lifecycle events, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in HR Operations or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership.
• Experience with HRIS or HR systems and maintaining data.
• Understand lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Experience with HR reporting and data; good Excel/Sheets skills.
• Ability to manage recurring processes and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organization and multitasking.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day employee documentation: agreements, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure documents are prepared, stored, updated on time.
• Maintain organized people documentation across systems.
• Support onboarding through offboarding processes.
• Keep employee data accurate across HRIS and systems.
• Review data quality and coordinate corrections.
• Support data changes for hires, transfers, exits, org changes.
• Improve data structure, maintenance, and usage across the org.
