Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2) and German as outlined in the title.

Responsibilities

• Support Sellers and Vendors via phone, email and chat.
• Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails and chats.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
• Demonstrate customer obsession and empathy in every contact.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Oversee productivity and quality targets and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams.
• Document all interactions per SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and provide product guidance to Sellers and Vendors.
• Attend regular product training sessions and learn key selling points.
• Handle other duties and special projects as directed.
