Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist to join the People Operations EMEA team in Ireland. This remote role focuses on the day-to-day administration of Zscaler’s benefit programs with precision, empathy, and compliance, supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding.

You will own end-to-end enrollment and leaver processing, manage insurance claims and quarterly headcount audits, educate staff on options, and document SOPs while driving data integrity with vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of dedicated HR Benefits administration experience
• Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency.
• Technical proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), payroll systems, and benefit vendor portals
• Advanced Excel skills for data auditing, payroll reporting, and invoice reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enrollment and leaver processing and off-cycle events with payroll data bridge
• Manage the submission and tracking of insurance claims for disability and sick leave, conducting quarterly headcount audits to ensure 100% data integrity with all benefit providers
• Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex employee inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs and educating staff on the most beneficial support options
• Identify process ambiguities to document solutions in SOPs and manage the end-to-end invoice reconciliation process for all vendor billing
