Job summary

You will lead LOA programs, audit data, partner with vendors, and design benefits communications. The role requires strong knowledge of EMEA benefits, leave of absence programs, compliance, and 5+ years in benefits support; Workday experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day benefits administration for EMEA and global programs.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for benefits inquiries and processes.
• Audit benefits data, payroll deductions, and enrolments for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with third-party vendors to ensure smooth benefits processing and compliance.
• Lead LOA programs, illness and insurance case management, and related communications.
