Logitech is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage the operations and administration of benefits programs for the EMEA region. This hybrid role requires two days on-site at our Cork office and involves close collaboration with Employee Care, Employee Relations, and leadership teams.

You will oversee day-to-day benefits administration, audits, vendor coordination, LOA programs, and education for new hires. Experience with benefits systems and compliance is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in benefits support.
• Strong working knowledge of EMEA benefits, leave of absence programs and compliance requirements.
• Workday experience desirable

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day benefits administration for employee benefits, including health & welfare, retirement, wellness, and other applicable programs.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for People Operations for employee benefits inquiries and processes for EMEA and global benefits programs, delivering expert guidance on plan options, coverage details, compliance, and claims processes.
• Conduct regular audits of benefits data, payroll deductions, and enrolments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Partner with third-party vendors to ensure smooth benefits processing, issue resolution, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support the Total Rewards COE to maintain compliance with local regulations related to benefits administration, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness plans.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and liaison for all Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, illness and insurance, ensuring seamless case management and strict regulatory compliance
