Job summary

Inaza is seeking a hands-on B2B marketing Executive to drive demand generation from Ireland. You will own outbound campaigns, paid media, content, and event follow-ups to fuel the pipeline and deliver qualified enterprise leads.

This 6-month contract offers a performance-based path to a permanent role. Remote-first from Ireland with occasional Dublin meetups and industry conference travel. You’ll build our outbound engine and measure weekly results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B digital marketing, outbound campaigns, or growth execution.
• Direct, hands-on experience setting up campaigns in Lemlist or similar tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
• Basic CRM knowledge to track leads and handoffs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach & Campaign Setup: Build, launch, and monitor outbound cold email sequences using Lemlist or similar tools.
• Paid Media & ABM Campaigns: Set up, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Search Ads campaigns.
• Content & Copywriting: Write clear B2B copy for emails, ads, landing pages, and short case studies.
• Conference & Event Setup: Manage logistics and post-event lead follow-ups to convert events into pipeline.
• Campaign Tracking: Monitor lead conversions, CTR, CAC, and weekly pipeline generation.
