PACE Digital Sales Ltd is seeking motivated graduates or career starters to join PaceOps as Business Development Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in sales with full training and long-term progression. You’ll be supported by the Prospect Mastery Training programme designed to develop confident, high‑performing inside sales professionals.

Location: This is a fully remote role. Travel to Dublin HQ on first day for onboarding (expenses paid).

Qualifications

• Degree or strong motivation with relevant experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Resilient, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Confident using computers and office software

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• 60-70 connected outbound calls a day
• Research and qualify prospective clients
• Represent client brands and clearly communicate product and service value
• Conduct virtual and occasional face-to-face meetings
• Maintain and update CRM systems
• Track KPIs and report on sales activity weekly
