Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Rep (AI Cloud) based in Ireland. This technical business development role sits at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and commercial growth.

You will build and qualify pipeline across AI startups, enterprises, developers, researchers, and model creators, translating AI and cloud concepts into business conversations while managing inbound, outbound, and discovery calls.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in cloud infrastructure sales or related field.
• Strong AI and cloud infrastructure understanding.
• Comfort engaging with developers, founders and researchers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with CRM and workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify sales pipeline across enterprises, AI startups, developers, researchers, and technical audiences.
• Manage inbound requests via chat and email; qualify and progress prospects.
• Develop outbound sequences using HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n or similar tools.
• Re-engage sign-ups and subscribers to uncover opportunities.
• Coordinate discovery calls and meetings with senior leadership and founders.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor pipeline metrics and weekly reports.
• Attend conferences and events to generate pipeline and relationships.
• Identify partnership opportunities and contribute to go-to-market experiments.
• Translate AI and cloud concepts into business conversations.
• Operate independently and identify new prospecting opportunities.
