Job summary

Lever, Inc. based in Ireland is seeking a Project Development Manager – Data Centers to lead AI infrastructure projects from executed agreements through construction readiness.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, utilities, finance, and legal to keep projects on schedule and within budget. You will work with utility providers, municipalities, consultants, and development partners to validate executable plans, manage risks, and establish governance and readiness gates

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center development or mission-critical projects.
• Experience coordinating permitting, entitlement, and utility planning.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, risk management and pre-construction planning.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, utilities, design, legal and construction.
• Ability to operate independently in evolving environments and establish processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI data center projects from executed agreement through construction readiness.
• Develop and manage integrated roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and pre-construction risk registers.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, and infrastructure requirements.
• Oversee electrical, fiber, water, sewer, and site access planning.
• Partner with utilities, municipalities, consultants, and partners to validate plans and resolve constraints.
• Establish development readiness criteria, governance processes, and handoff requirements.
• Lead regular development reviews and executive readiness meetings with status updates.
• Identify and mitigate development risks early to protect schedules and budgets.
