Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Affiliate Manager (AI Product) based in Ireland to manage and scale an existing affiliate partner network. You will own onboarding, tracking setup, and performance optimization across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models, while maintaining accurate reporting and partner relationships.

You will collaborate with Business Development to launch new partnerships and ensure technical configurations perform effectively in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle affiliate account management.
• Experience onboarding partners, creative and landing page setup, and tracking implementation.
• Understanding CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid models.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale an affiliate partner portfolio across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Oversee onboarding, creative selection, landing page setup, tracking configuration, QA, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor daily/weekly KPIs: traffic quality, conversion rates, CPA, ROI, placement performance.
• Identify underperforming traffic and work with partners to optimize results.
• Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure and investigate discrepancies between partner and internal stats.
• Keep partner database accurate with contacts, terms, and coverage.
• Support Business Development with launches and scaling of new partnerships.
• Manage technical setup and early-stage optimization for new partnerships.
• Share market insights by monitoring competitor affiliate programs.
