Job summary

FlowForma is seeking an AI Product & Delivery Specialist to advance an emerging AI product from pilot to scalable commercial offering. You will own product requirements, guide delivery from definition to release, and oversee quality within an AI-enabled SDLC.

The role blends product ownership with QA discipline, requiring hands-on capability to work inside an AI-enabled delivery model. Hybrid working in Ireland/ Northern Ireland is available.

Qualifications

• Around 2–3 years' relevant experience in product ownership, QA, or delivery.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements.
• Experience owning or contributing to product testing and release validation.
• Comfort with APIs, data flows, cloud apps, and AI-enabled delivery.
• Strong communication skills with prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

• Translate agreed product direction into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and a prioritised delivery backlog.
• Own day-to-day product delivery from definition through build, validation, testing, release and iteration.
• Act as the product and quality owner within FlowForma's AI-led SDLC, ensuring implementation aligns to requirements and is tested before release.
• Own functional acceptance, regression testing, release readiness and follow-through on defects.
• Define and execute product test scenarios, including validation of AI behaviour against expected outcomes.
• Shape and evaluate prompts, agents, AI workflows and model behaviour where these form part of the product experience.
• Make day-to-day product and delivery decisions, escalating material architectural or technical decisions where appropriate.
• Maintain delivery momentum and a clear view of priorities, risks, defects and upcoming releases.
