Job summary

HireWise, based in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across multiple industries. You will source candidates, build relationships with client stakeholders and guide the hiring process from sourcing to offer, acting as a trusted advisor on market conditions and strategy.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools to identify top technology talent, maintain accurate records, and contribute to Recruitment as a Service

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in 360 agency recruitment across sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships in a consultative, trust-based manner.
• Strong negotiation and offer-closing skills.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Experience recruiting within agency or in-house (or both).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from client and candidate sourcing through to offer management and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy.
• Lead negotiation and offer-closing conversations with candidates and clients to secure successful placements.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified technology talent.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the CRM system.
• Contribute to Recruitment as a Service and Contingent models of hiring.
• Support continuous improvement of HireWise's hiring processes and candidate/client experience.
• Attract and build relationships with new clients and candidates.
