Responsibilities

• Wash cookware, utensils, and cutlery promptly and ensure items are cleaned and ready.
• Assist in meal and beverage preparation for residents, following hygiene standards.
• Assist the cook in meal preparation and cooking of wholesome meals and home baking.
• Support the cook/chef with required documentation.
• Maintain high kitchen hygiene and safe food storage per standards.
• Carry out cleaning duties for equipment, appliances, crockery, windows, etc.
