Responsibilities

• Wash cookware, utensils, cutlery and ensure items are cleaned and ready.
• Assist in the preparation and service of meals and beverages for residents.
• Assist and support the Cook in the preparation and cooking of meals and home baking.
• Support the Cook/Chef with documentation when required.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safe storage of foods.
• Carry out assigned cleaning duties including equipment, appliances, crockery and windows.
