The role requires third‑level education in Youth and Community Work or teaching, a minimum training qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer), and experience with intellectual disabilities and ASD.

Qualifications

• Education at 3rd level in Youth/Community Work, teaching, or adult education.
• Minimum training qualification such as Train the Trainer.
• Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and ASD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the RT programme in a person-centred environment.
• Provide systematic training according to curricula and maintain learner progress records.
• Carry out one-to-one key working and support Individual Action Plans.
• Evaluate rehabilitative and vocational needs and create learner profiles.
