Job summary

The Rehab Group in Dublin is seeking an Instructor to train and support Learners within our local training programmes. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support learners with additional needs and help them progress into further education or employment.

The role emphasizes QQI Level certification, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to tailor individual action plans and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Education/Training or Social Sciences.
• QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer is preferred.
• Years of relevant occupational experience in educational, guidance or developmental contexts.
• Experience with QQI certification/ accreditation processes.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide systematic training according to curricula and instruction of QQI Level certification modules.
• Help learners develop knowledge, skills and confidence for progression.
• Meet KPIs for learner placement, progression and certification targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain programme allocations.
• Assist learners in reviewing experiences and exploring future goals; develop action plans.
• Assess vocational rehabilitation needs and produce learner profiles.
• Source and support work experience placements and model appropriate work attitudes.
