Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience in compliance, risk management and regulatory engagement exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of European regulators (CBI, ECB, SRB, AMLA) and prudential frameworks.
• Knowledge of wholesale banking, capital markets and EBA prudential regulations.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and regulatory exams.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Regulatory Relations with daily tasks and regulatory projects.
• Manage regulatory filings: respond, record, track, monitor and report information promptly.
• Update governance materials ahead of committee meetings.
• Execute end-to-end regulatory engagements from planning to reporting.
• Coordinate OSI inspections, deep-dives, thematic assessments and remediation efforts.
• Organize OSI logistics and prepare SMEs; document meeting evidence.
• Support remediation and regulatory findings management processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders locally and globally.
