Job summary

TEKsystems in Dublin, Ireland seeks an experienced Application Production Support professional to ensure availability, stability, and performance of Regulatory Reporting applications. You will troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with Development, QA, and business teams, and drive continuous improvement across global users.

The role requires 7–10 years of production support experience in financial services, strong SQL/Oracle skills, and hands-on Linux/Windows expertise.

Qualifications

7-10 years in Application Production Support, preferably in financial services.
Self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide business and technology support for Regulatory Reporting applications.
Monitor and maintain application availability, stability, and performance.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and user issues.
Partner with Development, QA, and business teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Manage and communicate incidents, risks, and service impacts effectively.
Develop knowledge of supported applications and processes.
Contribute to operational excellence, automation, and process improvement.
Support global users across regions and time zones.
