Jobtailor is assisting in recruiting for a Regulatory Reporting professional in Dublin to support the TD Securities Finance team. The role focuses on preparation and review of regulatory returns, maintaining internal controls and ensuring timely information flow to senior management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in regulatory reporting within financial services, strong Excel, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

• 3+ years regulatory reporting experience within financial services.
• Outstanding analytical skills with an inquisitive mindset to identify and resolve issues.
• Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the TD Securities Finance team in Dublin with regulatory reporting, primarily TDGF Regulatory Reporting.
• Assist with external and internal regulatory reporting for the Ireland subsidiary of Toronto-Dominion Bank.
• Build and maintain a strong internal control environment to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Prepare prudential returns covering Capital, Liquidity, Large Exposures, Asset Encumbrance and Leverage Ratio reporting.
• Prepare and review daily management information reporting for senior management.
• Review reporting procedures, identify problem areas and liaise with relevant persons to resolve issues.
• Maintain awareness of new and existing business areas and associated financial products.
• Monitor regulatory developments that may impact reporting processes.
• Initiate process improvement plans.
• Establish internal and external relationships to support timely information transfer and communication.
• Assist with regulatory risk analysis for the Irish entity, including Board governance, regulatory policies and supervisory statements.
• Identify and report Operational Risk Events in accordance with policy.
• Contribute to TDGF reputation and Reputational Risk management.
• Contribute to Conduct Risk identification and management within the team and function.
• Report to the VP, Finance; no direct reports.
