Job summary

The role requires an SRE mindset, incident management expertise, and proactive improvement of automation and observability. On-call rotations and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Production support in real-time and batch environments.
• Strong Oracle SQL skills for data analysis and performance.
• Hands-on Informatica for data integration and batch processing.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows systems; scripting helps.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace and Splunk for observability and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production support of Quartz applications and platforms to ensure stable services.
• Lead incident management, including troubleshooting, RCAs, escalation, and resolution.
• Provide end-to-end support for incidents, releases, capacity, and governance.
• Improve reliability through automation, monitoring, and SRE-driven practices.
• Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and dissemination of knowledge.
• Support on-call rotations and weekend coverage during critical events.
