Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Production Support/Reference Data specialist in Ireland to manage and support reference data across trading systems. You will act as a first line of support, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate data changes with traders, quants, and developers.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services or reference data, strong knowledge of financial instruments, and experience with SQL/Python and market data vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in financial services, trading support, or reference data roles.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and trading workflows.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python, and relational databases.
• Ability to multi-task and manage high data-change volumes.
• Experience with market data vendors (Bloomberg, exchanges).
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as first line support for issues related to trading reference data.
• Investigate and resolve data issues impacting trading systems.
• Maintain data quality across environments.
• Onboard new trading venues, brokers, and instruments.
• Coordinate updates with development teams and ensure smooth rollout.
