Job summary

Capital Markets Recruitment is seeking an experienced regulatory interface professional to support oversight interactions and readiness for regulatory engagements across jurisdictions. The role involves cross-functional coordination, inquiry management, and driving compliance-driven initiatives.

You will collaborate with senior regulatory leadership, oversee response quality, and guide the end-to-end engagement cycle from planning to formal documentation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk oversight.
• Deep familiarity with European regulators and MiFID obligations.
• Understanding of prudential supervision, market conduct, and risk governance.
• Experience leading regulatory projects, audits, and regulatory findings follow-up.
• Ability to identify operational improvements and work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regulatory leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of inbound regulatory requests, deadlines, and QA.
• Manage the end-to-end engagement cycle for supervisory interactions.
• Align activities with supervisory focus areas, including inspections.
• Coordinate prep for regulatory examinations, including documentation.
• Monitor remediation progress and close issues across stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and supervisory counterparts.
