Job summary

AXA XL in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance & Regulatory Affairs function. You will assist in coordinating the compliance agenda across the business and help implement the annual compliance plan and training program.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory familiarity in the insurance sector, and the ability to work with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance/risk roles within financial services.
• Knowledge of Non-Life Insurance regulations.
• Able to work across internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in international, multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance agenda across the business and support the annual compliance plan.
• Develop and deliver the compliance training plan.
• Deliver reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with branch operations and other control functions.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and remediation of breaches.
