Job summary

Meta is seeking a Regional Regulatory Readiness Program Manager for its EMEA team. You will manage responses to regulatory inquiries and reporting while coordinating with legal, policy, and product stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent communications.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes to handle evolving regulatory demands across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will drive landscape monitoring, readiness programs, and cross-functional election preparedness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or regulatory experience.
• Experience across the EMEA region with multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory information responses and reporting across EMEA.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with legal, policy, and product teams.
• Drive readiness programs and monitor regulatory developments in EMEA.
• Produce executive communications on status, compliance posture, and emerging risks.
• Build scalable workflows, tools, and frameworks for efficient regulatory responses.
