Qualifications

• Strong experience in compliance/risk roles in regulated financial services.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels within the organisation.
• Familiarity with Non-Life Insurance regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager Compliance & Regulatory Affairs in leading the compliance agenda across the business.
• Oversee the development and delivery of the annual compliance plan and annual training plan.
• Deliver on all reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
