Qualifications

• Education to degree level in law, finance, business or related discipline.
• Certifications in compliance, investment funds, asset management or related areas are a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant compliance experience in asset management or investment funds.

Responsibilities

• Implement the firm’s risk-based compliance monitoring program and conduct testing and reviews.
• Analyze and interpret regulatory and legislative changes.
• Assess breaches and work with the business to remediate issues.
