Universal Products Limited is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive growth in window and door hardware across the territory. You will conduct technical demonstrations, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans to win and retain customers in the Irish market.

Ideal candidates have a proven field sales background, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work toward KPIs. The role includes ongoing product training and a clear path for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customers.
• Identify and win new customers within the territory.
• Achieve agreed sales, margin and business development targets.
• Regularly visit customers and prospective customers.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and quotations to maximize conversion.
• Keep up to date with product developments, market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Attend customer meetings, trade events and supplier training.
