Thermoglaze Windows & Doors is looking for a Showroom Sales Executive to join our Rathgar showroom in Dublin 6. This full-time role focuses on turning conversations into sales and delivering a great customer experience.

You will engage homeowners, discuss renovations, measure requirements and help customers select windows, doors and home improvement products. Training is provided with real earning potential through commission.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Confident and persuasive; able to close sales while building relationships.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and managing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners and visitors in Rathgar showroom and discuss renovation requirements.
• Help customers choose from windows, doors and home improvement products.
• Produce quotations and present options clearly; follow up leads and convert enquiries into orders.
