Job summary

ICB Waterproofing Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to lead specification sales across the country. You will build a contractor customer base, provide technical advice, and promote the company’s waterproofing products on roof projects.

The role is hybrid/remote with Dublin location, offering circa €60,000 salary plus commission and a company vehicle; a strong network in flat roof waterproofing is highly valued. Garda Vetting may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a full clean driving licence.
• Proven sales experience within construction, ideally in flat roof waterproofing.
• IT literate with Microsoft Outlook and Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the Ireland area and market.
• Garda Vetting required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products by specification sales across Ireland.
• Build and maintain a contractor customer base.
• Provide technical advice and support.
• Promote the brand and maintain customer relations.
• Monitor market information and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Carry out site surveys and produce roof survey reports.
• Produce specifications in line with guidelines.
• Complete paperwork accurately and update CRM regularly.

Regional Technical Manager

Job Location: Hybrid/Remote - Dublin

This is a permanent position offering an annual salary of circa €60,000 plus commission & company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• To promote and sell the Company's products by Specification Sales throughout Ireland.
• To build a contractor customer base.
• To provide technical advice and support.
• To promote the good name and reputation of ICB and maintain good customer relations.
• Monitor and feedback market information.
• To respond quickly, positively, and effectively to enquiries.
• To carry out site surveys and produce professional and comprehensive roof survey reports.
• To produce specifications in line with ICB & NBS guidelines.
• To complete all relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with our ISO Quality Management System.
• To regularly and routinely update the Company CRM database.

Essential

• Must have a full clean driving licence
• Proven sales experience within the construction industry – ideally in Flat Roof Waterproofing and/or other ICB products and services.
• IT literate (Microsoft and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the area
• Garda Vetting required or willingness to obtain.
