Job summary

HID Global in Galway, Ireland is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across assigned accounts in the Irish region. You will travel frequently, build account plans, and introduce HID's physical access control solutions and SaaS offerings to new and existing customers.

The role requires strong B2B sales experience, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years experience managing accounts in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets.
• Experience selling Physical Access Control solutions is desirable.
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud licensing models desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous yet collaborative team player.
• Hands-on with multiple projects and prioritization.
• Ability to read/interpret technical journals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop all assigned accounts within your region to achieve set targets.
• Field-based role with about 60% travel to meet customers & End Users.
• Develop and execute business strategy for new and existing accounts in Ireland.
• Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share.
• Introduce latest HID products and solutions to customers.
• Provide support and training to accounts in region.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with customer details and opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts and contribute to account planning.
