ASSA ABLOY (HID Global) invites applications for an Inside Sales Representative in Galway, Ireland. You will support HID's regional growth by engaging customers, onboarding accounts, and driving a structured marketing and sales approach across the CRM system.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ account management experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. SaaS/Cloud licensing experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing accounts.
• Experience selling Physical Access Control solutions is a plus.
• Experience selling SaaS and/or Cloud licensing models is desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard and manage customer requests with a structured sales approach.
• Manage and monitor customer contacts from marketing campaigns in the CRM.
• Follow up regularly to understand needs and provide optimization solutions.
• Support Regional Sales Team in evangelizing offers and value proposition.
• Stay informed about HID product offerings and group strategy.
