Job summary

HID, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Galway, Ireland. You will manage accounts across Ireland, travel extensively to engage with customers and end users, and drive growth for physical access control solutions.

Reporting to the European Senior Channel Sales Director, you will develop business strategies, identify opportunities to grow market share, and coordinate across teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing accounts in a B2B environment.
• Desirable: experience selling Physical Access Control solutions.
• Desirable: SaaS/Cloud based licensing model experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop all assigned accounts within your region to achieve targets.
• Field-based position with 60% travel to engage with customers and end users.
• Develop and execute the business strategy for Ireland accounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share.
• Introduce latest products and solutions to customers.
• Devise and implement account plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Provide required support and training to accounts in region.
• Conduct regular market analysis to determine customer needs.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Collaborate across business areas to deliver solutions.
