HID Global in Galway is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our European team, driving regional growth and managing accounts within a structured sales process.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in account management, and a track record of meeting targets. SaaS/licensing experience and CRM proficiency are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets.
• Experience with Physical Access Control solutions is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud licensing models desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage customer requests with a structured sales approach.
• Manage and monitor customer contacts from CRM campaigns.
• Provide advisory follow-up, analyze needs and offer optimization solutions.
• Support Regional Sales Team in promoting our portfolio and value proposition.
• Stay informed on HID products and strategic direction.
